Priority Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Repeat x2. Salad mix, coleslaw, sour cream and cottage cheese holding a temperature between 48F-50F from two hours prior in the front wait service area reach in cooler.
Store above noted food in a functioning cooler to maintain food at or below 41F.
Action Taken: PIC moved noted food items in a functioning cooler.

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Repeat Repeat x2 The walk in cooler had an air temperature of 50F, however all TCS food had an internal temperature ranging from 41F-43F. per operator walk in cooler was propped open due to delivery; the front wait station area reach in cooler had an air temperature of 55F and is unable to maintain TCS food at or below 41F.
Maintain equipment in good repair at a temperature of 41F or below. Do not store any TSC foods until cooler is repaired. Correct By: 19-Aug-2020
7-201.11 / SEPARATION
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Three chemical spray bottles stored on top and among coffee packages, sweeteners packages and individual sugar packages in the wait station area.
Rearrange area so that toxic materials are stored below or away from food, equipment and single service items.
Action Taken: PIC stored above noted chemical spray bottles in an approved location.
