To prevent cross contamination, relocate pork to another shelf with the rest of the raw foods.
Action Taken: Bowl of pork was relocated to shlef with other raw product; below all ready-to eat foods.

Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Egg rolls and chicken in walk-in cooler is improperly date marked.
Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods are date marked with a date not to exceed 7-days.
Action Taken: Product was found without a date mark; Manager explained that all egg rolls and chicken are prepared on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the unmarked containers were from yesterday. Proper date marks put on product.
