Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. Notes: All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection Proper hair restraints were in use. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. Proper hand washing and glove use were observed. Date marking was in use and executed properly. There are no violations to report at this time and there is no need for a follow-up at this time.
