Core Item Several wet wiping cloths lying around on counters.
Store wet cloths in a sanitizing solution to avoid bacterial growth on cloths.
3-305.11 / FOOD STORAGE
Core Item Rice, flour and onions on floor in storage area. Food container on floor in walk-in cooler.
Store food 6" above the floor on approved shelving.
4-602.13 / NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES
Core Item The equipment under the hood, walk-in coooler shelves, handsink and other shelving units are not cleaned on a frequent basis.
Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
4-203.11/TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES, FOOD - ACCURACY
Thermometer used in food establishment is not accurate to +/- 2°F and is a 50 - 550 F range.
Replace thermometer to read 0 - 220 F.. Action Taken: A new 0 - 220 F thermometer was provided at time of follow-up visit.
4-302.14/SANITIZING SOLUTIONS, TESTING DEVICES
A test kit for chlorine sanitizer is not available.
Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions. Action Taken: Test strips were provided and a new set were placed on order at time of follow-up visit.
