Comments

This was a routine inspection of the facility. This facility is currently ONLY distributing pre-packaged foods that are canned or boxed. All foods are then taken after 3 hours back to sysco, and milks are maintained cold. All cold holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone. Staff was observed using gloves, hair restraints, and masks for distribution. There are no violations to report at this time.
