Today's inspection was conducted due to complaint of employee smoking in work areas. -- Visible cigarette butts and ashes throughout kitchen, storage, and other food areas (see attached pictures). -- Repeated violation will incur further enforcement and fees from Environmental Health Dept. and Tobacco Licensing & Compliance in observance of Smoke Free Air Law Compliance officer. -- Provided copy of Smoke Free Workplace Law Education Form Act 188, Public Acts of 2009. -- Received cash payment of $100 in field for Section 10-08 violation.
