Lisa was the PIC at an operational routine evaluation conducted today. One Priority violation was cited - it was corrected at once, as well as one core violation. The establishment was found to be sanitary & orderly. There is a health policy in effect. Good practices & procedures are known & were observed to be in use - thorough, timely, & frequent handwashing; no bare hands on ready-to-eat foods; the effective use of physical hair restraints; proper storage & labelling of chemicals; & a clear & consistent date marking system, to name a few. Michigan's no smoking law requires that a sign be posted at all entrances that states that this is a no smoking facility, or the international symbol for no smoking. No signs are posted - post them at your two (2) entrances. |
