This is an enforcement follow regarding the discussed actions to be taken per office conference.

Observed multiple TCS foods with improper date marking.
Per office conference agreement, TCS foods are to be properly date marked via employee training.

No Re-heating for hot holding and hot holding temperature logs being maintained on site per office conference agreement.

Facility shall be provided with an ANSI accredited certified food manager.

A 2nd enforcement follow up shall occur on or after April 25th regarding the corrective actions that shall be taken per office conference agreement.
A $120 2nd follow fee shall be invoiced.
