Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Three pans of chili in the walk in cooler were not date marked. one pan of chili was dated 9/26 and a pan of parmesan sauce was not dated at all.
Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods are date marked with a date not to exceed 7-days. ACTION TAKEN: The chili was date marked as required. ACTION TAKEN: The three pans of chili ware date marked. The forth pan of chili and parmesan sauce was discarded.
