The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COIVD 19 health policy in place. Facility is no longer allowing employees to use the self serve buffet. Facility is clean and organized. All hot/cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Date marking system in place and executed properly. Hydrogen Peroxide solution is being used for a viral disinfectant on Non-Food Contact Surfaces ONLY. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
