Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Cut iceberg lettuce, cooked sausage crumbles, pizza cheese, ham, and pizza sauce in Beverage Air is not properly date marked. Sausage crumbles were dated with 9/24/21 upon when food was placed into the freezer.
Items removed from the freezer must be date marked upon placing into the refrigerator. Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods are date marked with a date not to exceed 7-days.
Action Taken: Person-in-charge was able to place dates onto foods knowing the days she prepared the foods or pulled them from the freezer. Correct By: 10-Dec-2021

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Core Item Bar reach-in door located below the register and second from the right, has a door that pops open and not tightly closed. It appears the door latch is broken but does maintain ambient temperature at 40F near the front and half n half food temperature measured 40F at this time.
