This is a pre-opening inspection for a newly constructed facility. The facility was well built and clean. The equipment was found operating properly and maintained adequate hot/cold holding capacity. Facility was built to specifications submitted to this Department. Certified Food Manager provided. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
