5-202.12 (A) / HANDWASHING SINK, INSTALLATION
Priority Foundation Item The handsink located in kitchen and warewash station does not provide hot water temperature due to the hot water handle missing to turn it on.
Provide a water temperature of at least 38°C (100°F) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Until repaired, please ensure to use the handsink at the grill station to wash hands. Correct By: 24-Dec-2018

(1) PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION - TO REPAIR THE HAND SINK HOT WATER HANDLE IN THE KITCHEN AREA.

Observed good employee hygienic practices: clean uniforms, hair restraints, proper use of gloves, and did not observe any employees displaying illness symptoms that would require exclusion today. Food, dry items, and equipment storage areas are dry, clean, off the floor, and protected from sources of cross-contamination. Observed proper utilization of date-marking. All cold-holding units have accurate reading thermometers and chlorine test kit is available. All other areas in substantial compliance.

**NO FOLLOW-UPS DUE AT THIS TIME. TO AVOID REPEAT VIOLATION STATUS, PLEASE HAVE THE HOT WATER HANDLE ON THE HAND SINK REPAIRED AND IT WILL BE VERIFIED FOR CORRECTION AT THE SUBSEQUENT ROUTINE INSPECTION IN 6 MONTHS.
