Priority Item A DIRECT CONNECTION EXISTS BETWEEN THE SEWAGE SYSTEM & A DRAIN FROM THE ABS SYTEM. THE DRAIN LINE FROM THE ICE & TRAY DRAIN IS DOWN IN THE FLOOR DRAIN. .
DESIGN THE SEWAGE SYSTEM IN A MANNER THAT WOULD PRECLUDE A DIRECT CONNNECTION BETWEEN THE SEWAGE SYSTEM & A DRAIN FROM WHICH FOOD/ICE IS PLACED. THE LINE IS CUT OFF - AN AIR BREAK, BUT AN AIR GAP, THE HIGHEST FORM OF PROTECTION, IS REQUIRED. CUT OFF THIS DRAIN LINE SO THAT IT IS UP OUT OF THE FLOOR DRAIN BY AN LEAST 1".
