A FOLLOW-UP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON OCTOBER 29, 2018 TO VERIFY CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE ITEMS LISTED ON THE ORIGINAL WRITTEN REPORT AND TO OBSERVE REPAIRS TO THE ROOF AND CEILING HAVE BEEN MADE.
