Core Item The drain lines for the bar's 3-bay sink - sanitizing bay - & the ice bin right next to it are cut off but have fallen down into the drain. These drain lines must be completely up out of the drain, an indirect connection via an air gap.
Cut off the lines or permanently affix them up out of the drain, so that the air literally flows between the end of the drain lines & the floor drain. This is to protect any clean dishes & ice, in case the drain backs up. Correct By: 05-Nov-2013

SEVEN (7) CORE VIOLATIONS WERE CITED. THIS AGED FACILITY OVERALL WAS FOUND TO BE SANITARY & ORDERLY. THERE IS A HEALTH POLICY IN EFFECT. GOOD PRACTICES & PROCEDURES, SUCH AS PROPER EMPLOYEE DRINKING CONTAINERS; NO BARE HANDS CONTACTING READY-TO-EAT FOODS; AND THE PROPER MANUAL WAREWASH PROCESS, WERE NOTED.
THE BASEMENT, WHERE THE AIR GAPPING FOR THE ICE MAKER & SOUTHERMOST ICE BIN WOULD BE CHECKED, IS NOT ACCESSIBLE DUE TO REPEATED FLOODING.
