THIS FACILITY IS IN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH THE MICHIGAN FOOD LAW. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. FOOD WORKERS WERE USING GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES. FOOD TEMPERATURES WERE PROPER. THE KITCHEN MANAGER HAS TAKEN THE SERVSAFE EXAM. PLEASE E-MAIL THE CERTIFICATION TO THIS INSPECTOR. NO VIOLATIONS NOTED DURING THIS INSPECTION. |
