Comments
(1) One priority and (1) core violation cited today/ No follow-ups due at this time.

During today's routine inspection the facility was recovering from momentary and intermittent power outages. At the present time, the facility is expecting their food products to be delivered within the hour (by 3pm) that was held at another local McDonald's. Foods were moved to freezer units to maintain colder temperatures. Frozen foods maintained mostly frozen. There was little stock due to complete power outage from a storm that hit the area about a week prior and most foods were disposed that were in the danger zone for an extended period.

- The facility meets substantial compliance.
- Observed good employee hygienic practices.
- Temperatures maintain food safety.
- Thermometers available and accurate.
