Comments
This is a routine inspection. At this time, no food is being prepared or served, but the bar area is open. The facility is clean and well maintained. All coolers are capable of proper cold holding. The PIC was able to describe proper thawing and heating of taco meat for "Taco Tuesdays". No foods are saved after that event each week. Proper hand washing signage is posted. Gloves, food thermometer, and proper sanitizer are available in both the kitchen and bar areas.
