Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed. Proper date marking procedures in place. Max and Brenda are taking CFM test on the 24th of January. No violations to report at this time.
