6-202.13 / INSECT CONTROL DEVICES, DESIGN AND INSTALLATION Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed 2 insect control devices located over food prep area and the basin for sanitizer solution of the 3-compartment sink. Remove or relocate this device so that it is not over any food prep area. Action Taken: PIC relocated noted items in the dry storage area.
