Routine, operational evaluation. Test strips are available for the sanitizer used. Consumer advisory is correct in the menus. Manager certification is current for 2 people. A FOLLOW-UP will be conducted in 2 weeks to verify correction of priority foundation violations. All other violations shall be corrected as noted. The door sweep is a repeat and requires correction. Per the owner, the coolers will all be checked and thermometers provided. |
