Lawrence & Kelly were the PICs at a routine operational evaluation conducted this afternoon. No violations were cited. This was found to be a sanitary & orderly facility, with good practices & procedures known - effective use of physical hair restraints; timely, frequent, & thorough handwashing; no bare hands contacting ready-to-eat foods; good storage practices; chemicals labelled & properly stored; & consistent & clear date marking, for example. A health policy continues in effect.
