| This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures were within the safety zone. Proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use were observed. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Foods on the salad bar are discarded after lunches. Food thermometers, cooler thermometers, and test strips were in use and available during this inspection. Temperatures logs are kept daily on all coolers. Pest control services are implemented via school; no pests noticed during this inspection. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. No violations at this time. |
