Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cross contamination in the Danby RIC: Eaw sausage, polloed eggs, ans raw hamburger were placed on the shelving with sliced cheese, cooked bacon, cooked sliced turkey.
To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods on the bottomshelving, below and away from the cooked and ready to eat foods.
Action Taken: The raw sausage, raw hamburger, and the pooled eggs were moved to the bottom shelving away from the cooked and ready to eat foods as required
