Comments
Todays inspection was a second follow up inspection. An invoice was left with the owner regarding the second follow up.
The area sanitarian had a meeting with the owner prior to the second follow up inspection. In that meeting, Mike Jablonski, Owner of Brick Street disclosed that the whole cook line (cold holding equipment) is going to be replaced. A quote from Arctic Equipment Company was left with the area sanitarian (see attached copies) . The area sanitarian contacted Rita Hodack -Owner of Arctic Equipment in order to acquire an invoice or receipt for this new equipment. She will fax the invoice/receipt copy to 810-257-3125.

Chef Joe, PIC has placed all potentially hazardous foods in other reach in coolers throughout the kitchen. No potentially hazardous foods were found stored in the broken down refrigeration units on the cook line.

No enforcement action is necessary at this time.
