This is a change of ownership inspection for Banana Boat located at 3721 Corunna Rd, Flint. No change to existing menu. No change to existing staff and management. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration is being used. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Observed proper hand washing and glove/utensil use while handling ready to eat foods. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time. This facility is approved to operate under the new ownership of Mohamed Abdullah.
