Before donning new gloves, working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands. Action Taken: Employee was instructed to wash hands in between task change. Employee washed hands before donning gloves on to continue working with food.  |
| 3-501.19 (B) (1, 3-4), (C)(1, 4-5) / TIME AS A PUBLIC HEALTH CONTROL Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Time as control is being used for Half & half without a time stamp recorded on the container. Per person in charge food item has been out for 3 hours and had a temperature of 50F. When using time as a control for TSF food items place a time stamp to indicated time when food item was removed from temperature control to the time it will be discarded. Action Taken: Person in charge was instructed to place a time stamp on the half half container. |
