Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Employee washing dishes then air drying them without sanitizing.
After cleaning dishes (food contact surfaces) make sure they are submerged in sanitizing water.
Action Taken: Employee set up the sanitizer basin to be able to sanitize food contact surfaces.
