The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is extremely clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer specifications. No violations were cited and no follow up is necessary.
