Two boxes of the shelled eggs were found stored on top of and next to a large pan of pre made subs. A box of egg neaters was found stored next to half and half and above the banana pie filling. To prevent cross contamination, store the raw foods on the bottom most shelving, below and away from the cooked and ready to eat foods. ACTION TAKEN: The shelled eggs and egg beaters were placed on the bottom most shelving as required. |
