Today's inspection was performed with Marc Zalewski, PIC

All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use observed.

Remodeling is to take place in the near future in regards to the walkin cooler and freezer. Submit remodeling paperwork and fees to the Genesee County Health Department before remodeling begins.
