Chicken was placed in WIC one day prior. Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods are date marked with a date not to exceed 7-days. Action Taken: PIC placed date mark on above noted items. |

This was a routine inspection. The facility was clean and organized. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during inspection. Sanitizer was proper.
