Rearrange area so that toxic materials are stored below or away from food, equipment and single service items.
Action Taken: Employee stored chemical in the designated chemical storage area.

The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Facility is clean and well organized.
Observed excellent personal hygiene practices.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Employee demonstrated knowledge of proper heating and holding temperatures.
All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.
Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used.
