Today's is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was extremely clean and well organized. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone. Proper glove use and hair restraint observed. Sanitizer tested and logged 5 times daily. Certified food manager not required due to limited menu. No violations to report at this time.
