Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cooked chicken stock being stored at room temperature between flat top grill and stove top ranging between 68-75°F (placed in this area 30 minutes prior); dry chicken batter container observed with heavy dried on raw chicken juice remains from previous days.
Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F; immediately cool chicken stock to 41 degrees; discard dry chicken batter and replace container.
Action Taken: Chicken stock immediately cooled to 41 degrees and placed in container with surrounding ice, dry chicken batter discarded.
