The PIC has demonstrated her knowledge of the food code effectively. There are no violations to report at this time. Notes: Good hygienic procedures were observed today. All food temperatures were found in compliance. Sanitizer level were found in compliance. Cooling and reheating procedures were found in compliance. Date marking procedures were found in compliance. |
