Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and issued Executive Orders, this inspection was conducted via discussion and emailed procedures. SOPs detailing hot/cold holding, heating, cooling, re-heating, food storage and cleaning, were reviewed and approved. There are no violations to report at this time.
