Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection The meat slicer blade along with the metal part is soiled with residue and food debris; the espresso wand is soiled with milk residue.

Action Taken: PIC placed above items to be washed, rinsed and sanitized.

This is a routine inspection. Facility fixed the light intensity in the walk in cooler and corrected the hand washing soap in the handwashing. No follow up is required at this time.
