4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION Core Item Manager stated the walk in cooler is out of temperature. Upon arrival the facility called a maintenance worker to work on the walk in cooler, the staff has moved food into beer walk in that is maintaining temperature. Staff is also using freezer in walk in to lower temperature. ALL FOOD ITEMS WERE OBSERVED IN THE SAFETY ZONE. Maintain equipment in good repair. Correct By: 18-Dec-2020 |

This was a routine inspection of the facility, the facility was very clean and well organized. Staff was observed using proper hand washing, glove use, hair restraints, and masks. This facility has a covid procedure in place. All hot holding temperatures were in the safety zone, most cold holding units were in the safety zone. |
