Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cross contamination in the walk in cooler. A box of egg beaters was found stored next to salad spring mix and six boxes of sausage was found stored above salad dressings in the walk in cooler
To prevent cross contamination, store the raw foods on the bottom most shelving. Keep and pre- cooked or ready to eat foods on the upper shelving.
Action Taken: The raw sausage and egg beaters were moved to the lower shelving as required

Repair the plumbing system to conform to the LAW.
Action Taken: The hot water valve had been shut off. The hot water valve was cut back on. The hot water was restored as required.
