Todays inspection was a Pre-opening inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact the assigned Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. Notes: Their health policy has been modified to include Covid 19 procedures (staff temperature checks, questionnaire, mask and glove usage). They also have have their dish machine and sanitizer dispenser serviced monthly to make sure that their sanitizer at the appropriate level. The seating has been rearranged to provide social distancing. Plexiglass has been provided at the take out station. All food temperatures were found in compliance. Cooling and reheating procedures were found in compliance. All hand sinks were properly supplied with soap and paper towel and are used. Proper glove use was observed. SOP's remained the same. There are plans to remodel the facility in the not to distant future. The Covid 19 Pamdemic may delay this remodel. If your remodel is replacing equipment with the same equipment a remodel application and remodel fee are not required. If your remodel requires any structural modifications involving plumbing, mechanical, or electrical you must pull the necessary permits from your local municipality. Two core violations were cited during this inspection. Correct the violations as noted in this report. All fees pertaining to this pre-opening have been paid. You are approved to operate as the new owner.
