Core Item Observed slime mold build up on the food contact surface of the ice machine.
Clean the ice machine at a frequency necessary to preclude slime mold accumulation. Correct By: 08-Aug-2022

Core Item Observed adequate grease build up on the hood ventilation system as well the walls and floors located by the cooking equipment.

Comments
The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inpsection of the facility.

Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Sanitizer concentration is proper per manufacturer.

There is no need for a follow up at this time.
