Priority Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Repeat Employee dipped fresh toast in raw eggs with gloves on then started to work on ready to eat food without changing gloves or washing hands. Employee wiping gloves with a dry cloth.
Before donning new gloves or working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands.
Action Taken: Employee washed hands then donned new gloves with directed to do so.
