3-304.15 (A) / GLOVES, USE LIMITATION
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Gloves are not being properly used. Observed staff on their phone with gloves on and returning to the prep table without changing gloves.
Single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation.
Action Taken: Staff was stopped and made aware of glove change issues and began changing gloves more frequently and washed hands.

5-205.15 (A) / SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Priority Item The hand sink in the main aisle of the kitchen is leaking.
Repair the plumbing system to conform to the LAW. Correct By: 28-Feb-2020
Comments
The facility was overall clean and organized. Observed all cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. A follow up inspection will be conducted to ensure all plumbing is properly fixed and maintained.
