Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding the changes in the food code, please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603. Notes: They have good food temperature documentation; The employee wash their hands as necessary; A health policy is in place and is enforced; Sanitizer levels were found in compliance The old hot water heater was replaced by two Rinnai on demand water heaters. The area sanitarian shall follow up with you in order to verify their approval for use in food service establishments. See the attached photo. |
