The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and very organized. All holding temperatures were in the the safety zone at the time of inspection. Employees demonstrated knowledge of proper heating and cooling temperatures and methods. Sanitizer concentration is proper per manufacturer. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Observed proper date marking.
