Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection.If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. There are plans to completely remodel this facility during the summer of 2017. A "Remodel Application" shall be submitted to this office by the owner/operator, with plans for review, and fees paid prior to any construction taking place. The PIC has demonstrated their knowledge of the food code effectively. There are no violations to report at this time.
