Observed the sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the dish machine is at 10 ppm.
Repair dish machine. Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly. Correct By: 16-Aug-2023 Action Taken: PIC repaired dish machine to be at the correct concentration per test strips.

The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a follow-up inspection of the facility.

Violation 4-501.114 has been corrected since the previous inspection.

No follow up is necessary at this time.
