The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.

4-501.114/MANUAL AND MECHANICAL WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT - SANITIZER NOT BEING USED PER MANUFACTURER Observed the sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the dish machine is at 10 ppm. Repair dish machine. Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly. Correct By: 16-Aug-2023 Action Taken: PIC repaired dish machine to be at the correct concentration per test strips.
