The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID 19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and organized. Person in charge is extremely knowledgeable about safe food handling. Observed proper hand washing and glove use. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Employee demonstrated proper cook off temperatures. Date marking system is in place and executed properly. No violations observed and there is no need for a follow up at this time.
